Why Refer AG Smart Garage?

Garage Door Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

By participating in AG Smart Garage’s Garage Door Referral Program, referred to as “the Program,” you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   1. The Program is open to all existing customers of AG Smart Garage aged 18 years or older.
   2. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of AG Smart Garage are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2. Referral Rewards:
   1. For each successful referral that results in a job with AG Smart Garage, the referrer will receive a $50 Visa gift card as a reward.
   2. The referral must mention the referrer’s name and contact information during the appointment scheduling process.
   3. The referral job must be completed, and payment for services rendered must be received by AG Smart Garage to qualify for the reward.
   4. Only one referral reward per successful job conversion will be granted to the referrer.
   5. The referrer will receive the reward within a reasonable timeframe after the referral job is successfully completed.
3. Referral Requirements:
   1. Referred customers must be new to AG Smart Garage and have not previously engaged in business with us.
   2. They must schedule and complete a garage door service, repair, or installation with AG Smart Garage.
   3. Referred customers must also provide accurate information about the referrer during the appointment scheduling process for the referrer to receive the reward.
4. Gift Card Distribution:
   1. The $50 Visa gift card will be provided to the referrer via mail or email, based on the information provided during participation in the Program.
   2. AG Smart Garage reserves the right to replace the gift card with an equivalent alternative in case of unavailability.
5. Program Changes and Termination:
   1. AG Smart Garage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
   2. In the event of Program termination, any pending referral rewards will be honored if the referral jobs have been completed.
6. General:
   1. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   2. AG Smart Garage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
   3. AG Smart Garage is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdirected referral rewards.
   4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
